AAWR Visitor Health and Safety Guidelines

As part of the Responsible RestartOhio Plan, the Artists Archives of the Western Reserve is now re-opened to the public! In order to maintain the safety of our visitors, staff and community, we will strictly adhere to the following state recommended guidelines:


    • Gallery access will be limited to Wednesday – Friday, 10am – 4pm and Saturdays, 12pm – 4pm. Visitors will not be permitted outside of these times
    • Visitors to the gallery are required to wear masks and will not be permitted into the gallery without one. Masks will also be available for purchase at minimal cost
    • AAWR staff will be required to wear masks when interacting with visitors or each other
    • No more than 10 people will be permitted in the gallery at a time, and must remain 6 feet apart at all times
    • Hand sanitizer will be available for visitors and staff
    • Surfaces that are touched by the public will be cleaned several times per day and deep cleaned on a regular basis
    • Visitors experiencing a fever or any flu like symptoms will not be permitted into the Archives
